Barbara J. Martin, SEGD
Chief Executive Officer and owner of KMA Design, Barbara J. Martin will serve as the Principal-in-Charge of the project and will oversee all design and master planning on the project.With over 25 years of experience, she has developed a national reputation as an expert in creating architecturally and aesthetically cohesive signage and wayfinding systems. Her resume of projects includes work in educational institutions, sporting complexes, health care facilities, transportation and airport environs, entertainment complexes, governmental entities and large-scale general assembly spaces.

DAVID W. KOSICK
President and co-owner of KMA Design, Kosick is responsible for overseeing the KMA project management staff; as well as, the day-to-day operations of the firm. With 20 years of experience in sign master planning, intellectual property, advertising and marketing areas of the industry, he has developed a quality reputation as a communications specialist, providing expert knowledge in complex direction and information through the use of language, all conveyed in a understandable manner. His background in communications, with an emphasis in rhetoric, provides an intimate knowledge of language to signage programs, assuring consistency and clarity through the use of the written word.

DAVID KOSICK
A 32-year veteran of the public relations field, Kosick spent two years as director of communications for Allegheny County, served as press secretary for former Pittsburgh Mayor Pete Flaherty during the 1979 Pennsylvania gubernatorial campaign, and held public relations positions with Ketchum PR, Mediagraphics, Skirboll & Garber, the St. George Group and MARC Public Relations.
Prior to his stint as Director of Communications for Allegheny County, Kosick spent over sixteen years as an “on-air” personality at radio station KDKA. During his tenure at KDKA, Kosick was the host of the popular show, Perspective. During his 16 plus years at KD radio, Kosick also served as a street reporter for KDKA-TV.

VICTORIA L. KERESTES
Victoria L. Kerestes serves KMA Public Relations as a Public Relations Coordinator and Marketing Manager. With over seven years experience, she has honed a skill as a superior support liaison and contact person between client and senior management. She is well versed in the nuances of public relations, marketing, and advertising support.
Day-to-day, Kerestes is responsible for operational issues that include coordination and execution of press releases, proposals, media follow-up, press kits, file preparation, Internet research, general data gathering and arranging interviews and meetings. Kerestes offers clients an immediate and professional response to all needs and inquiries. Her thoroughness and professionalism as a contact point for clients and outside agencies is unmatched.

MICHAEL R. MARTIN, SEGD
Martin serves as a senior graphic designer for KMA Design. His responsibilities include the graphic development of design concepts and ideas, for both environmental graphic design (signage), and traditional graphic design (websites, logos, print and collateral material) projects. From the development of an original idea to construction documents for approved signage, the translation of a client’s desired look for graphic material, Martin serves as a link between KMA and clients/fabricators in bringing an abstract concept to reality.

FRANK A. SPENEY
Speney serves as a Graphic Designer for KMA Design. His primary responsibility is to serve as a liaison between KMA and clients / fabricators from project inception to conclusion. With a background in fabrication, Speney provides an extra level of client comfort and project thoroughness to each step of the process. From procuring pricing from fabricators to executing punch lists, his primary responsibility is to represent the interests of the client in each and every step of a project.

CAITLIN LIGO
Caitlin Ligo serves as a Project Manager for KMA Design. Her primary tasks will include the daily management of projects, their credential requirements, and direct participation with the client along with all applicable agencies to attain all approvals for keeping each project on schedule. Her background in marketing management will provide an extra level of managing client relationships for each project. Ligo will report to the firm’s Chief Executive Officer and with the office’s President to monitor project performance. She will also interface with graphic staff to assure timely execution of all project requirements.

ADAM J. GROSS
Adam Gross will serve as a Project Coordinator for KMA Design. His primary responsibilities will include the daily management of projects and their documentation requirements along with developing and maintaining the project schedule from initiation to completion. His background in business administration will provide an extra stage of organization to each project. Each project Gross will have daily communications with the company CEO and interface with the office’s President to monitor project performance. He will also coordinate with the graphic staff to assure timely completion of all project requirements have been met.
