Adam Gross serves as a Project Coordinator for KMA Design. His primary responsibilities includes the daily management of projects and their documentation requirements along with developing & maintaining the project schedule from initiation to completion.

His background in business administration will provide an extra stage of organization to each project. Each project Gross will have daily communications with the company CEO and interface with the office’s President to monitor project performance. He will also coordinate with the graphic staff to assure timely completion of all project requirements have been met.

Gross has served as a key member of the management team for the Pittsburgh Penguins practice facility in Southpointe over the last four years. Gross also performed crucial daily tasks as a part of Dicks Sporting Goods Operations group in South Hills the past few years.

As a managerial staff member, Gross will also distribute project tasks and responsibilities to production staff to assure all project goals, budgets, and schedules are met.
