KMA Design was hired to create a new interior and exterior signage and wayfinding program, for Western Connecticut State’s, 398 acre, dual campus university. This project aids pedestrians and motorists alike in successfully navigating the two campuses and their many buildings.
The exterior signage was developed to create the utmost ease of travel for both the pedestrian and motorist. The project required development of building identification, parking lot wayfinding and D.O.T. signage. The project included multiple LED campus identification signs that are used to notify visitors of upcoming events on campus
The interior and exterior signage for this project incorporated the university’s logo and colors while being both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
